Maqolada maktabgacha va maktab yoshidagi bolalarda sog‘lom turmush tarzi madaniyatini shakllantirishning
nazariy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Salomatlik savodxonligi va sog‘lom turmush tarzi madaniyati o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro
bog‘liqlik mahalliy va xorijiy olimlarning ilmiy qarashlari asosida yoritilgan. Bolalarda sog‘lom turmush tarzi madaniyatini
shakllantirishning asosiy komponentlari, mazkur jarayonga ta’sir etuvchi omillar hamda inklyuziv yondashuvning ahamiyati
ochib berilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda mazkur yo‘nalishda amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar, normativ-huquqiy
asoslar va xalqaro tashkilotlar tavsiyalari tahlil qilingan
