Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston va Kanadadagi maktab o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik mahoratini baholash
usullari qiyosiy tahlil qilingan. Jarayon YUNESKO va OECD xalqaro tuzilmalari asosida muhim pedagogik kompetensiyalarni
belgilaydi, ularning ta’lim sifati va talabalar natijalaridagi ahamiyatini ta’kidlaydi. Sifatli qiyosiy tahlilni qo‘llagan
holda, tadqiqot Venn diagrammasi, T-chartlari va SWOT tahlili kabi vizual vositalardan foydalangan holda har ikki davlatdagi
o‘qituvchilarni baholash tizimlarining real statistik ma’lumotlari va sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini o‘rganadi. Kanada hamda
O‘zbekiston Respublikasidagi mavjud yuqori darajadagi baholash modellari kuchli va zaif tomonlari bo‘yicha tahlil qilingan.
Rivojlanish bo‘yicha fikr-mulohazalar, murabbiylik va doimiy kasbiy rivojlanish amaliyotlarini integratsiyalash, Kanada
tajribasidan olingan ma’lumotlardan foydalanish orqali O‘zbekistonning baholash tizimini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar
berilgan.
