Maqolada ekstremal issiqlik sharoitida sportchilarning ish qobiliyati va xavfsizligini saqlash bo‘yicha eng muhim ilmiy dalillar qisqa tizimli-analitik shaklda sintez qilindi. Daliliy asos sifatida IOC va ACSM konsensuslari, issiqlikka akklimatsiya va pre-cooling bo‘yicha meta-tahlillar, issiq va suvsizlanishning energiya almashinuviga ta’siri bo‘yicha 2025- yilgi meta-tahlil hamda 2025 FIFA Club World Cupning real musobaqa ma’lumotlari olindi. 2026-yil iyulida O‘zbekistonda havo harorati ko‘plab hududlarda 43-45°C, janubiy va cho‘l zonalarida 46-49°C gacha ko‘tarilgani mahalliy sport amaliyoti uchun muammoning dolzarbligini kuchaytiradi. Issiqlikka akklimatsiya vaqtgacha chidamlilikda Hedges g=0,86, time-trialda g=0,49 samara ko‘rsatgan; pre-cooling vaqtgacha chidamlilikni SMD=0,73 yaxshilagan. 2025 FIFA Club World Cupda 57 o‘yinning 31 tasida o‘rtacha WBGT 28°C dan yuqori bo‘lgan va yuqori issiqlik yuklamasi yugurish hajmining kamayishi bilan bog‘langan. Dalillar asosida “muhit-sportchi-yuklama-intervensiya-qaror” modeli taklif etildi.Ключевые слова
