Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada pedagoglar malakasini oshirish samaradorligini baholash masalalari ilmiy-nazariy
jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kasbiy kompetensiya tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari va baholash ko‘rsatkichlari
yoritilgan. Maqolada keltirilgan xulosalar pedagoglar malakasini oshirish tizimini takomillashtirish, baholashning kompetensiyaviy
va natijaga yo‘naltirilgan modelini joriy etishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
