Ushbu maqolada sport muassasasida moliyaviy boshqaruv va resurslarni taqsimlash masalalari barqaror
rivojlanish tamoyillari asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda budjetni rejalashtirish, ijro va nazorat qilish, xarajatlarni ustuvor yo‘nalishlarga
yo‘naltirish, infratuzilma va sport natijasi o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni saqlash, homiylik va grantlar orqali daromad
manbalarini diversifikatsiya qilish hamda moliyaviy xatarlarni kamaytirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada sport
tashkiloti moliyasining shaffofligi va hisobdorligi natijadorlikka olib boradigan zarur shart ekani asoslanadi, resurslarni
taqsimlashda adolat, samaradorlik va uzoq muddatli qiymat yaratish mezonlari ilgari suriladi. Natijada sport muassasalari
uchun xarajat markazlari va daromad oqimlarini boshqarishga doir amaliy yondashuvlar, homiylik paketlarini shakllantirish,
grant loyihalarini tayyorlash, ichki nazorat va audit yo‘lga qo‘yish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqiladi.
