Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlarida inklyuzivlik siyosatini amalga oshirishda rahbarlik
faoliyatining psixologik va tashkiliy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda rahbarlarning inklyuziv qadriyatlarga munosabati,
empatik liderlik, jamoada teng imkoniyatlar muhitini yaratishdagi roli hamda boshqaruv jarayonining psixologik
mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan.
Shuningdek, inklyuziv ta’limni samarali tashkil etish uchun zarur bo‘lgan rahbarlik kompetensiyalari — kommunikativ
madaniyat, emotsional intellekt, konfliktni konstruktiv hal etish ko‘nikmalari va o‘zgarishlarga moslashuvchanlik darajasi
tahlil qilingan.
