Аннотация

This article examines the methods and mechanisms for developing the speed-strength abilities of qualified
wrestlers within sports improvement groups. The study focuses on the physiological, biomechanical, and pedagogical
aspects of speed-strength training. Modern scientific approaches to improving explosive power, coordination, and neuromuscular
activation are analyzed. The research highlights that the systematic use of plyometric exercises, contrast loads,
and neuromuscular stimulation methods contributes significantly to performance optimization in competitive wrestling.
Experimental results confirm that individualized programs lead to a notable increase in movement speed, reaction time,
and muscular efficiency.
