Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada maktab ta’limida o‘quvchilar bilan munosabatlarni boshqarish tizimlari (CRM) integratsiyasining
ahamiyati, imkoniyatlari va istiqbollari yoritilgan. CRM tizimlari ta’lim jarayonini individuallashtirish, o‘quvchilarning
natijalarini baholash, ota-onalar bilan aloqa o‘rnatish va maktab boshqaruvini soddalashtirish imkonini beradi.
CRM tizimlarining zamonaviy texnologiyalar (AI, blokcheyn, gamifikatsiya va AR/VR) bilan integratsiyasi o‘quv jarayonining
samaradorligini oshirishga yordam beradi. Ushbu tadqiqotda CRM tizimlarining maktab ta’limiga ta’siri, ularni joriy
etish strategiyalari va kelajakdagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, CRM tizimlarining to‘g‘ri joriy
etilishi ta’lim sifati va boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
