Ushbu maqolada voleybol murabbiylarining kasbiy samaradorligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi
ijtimoiy-psixologik fenomen – kasbiy befarqlik sindromi empirik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Trenerlarning ishga
nisbatan hissiy bog‘liqlikni yo‘qotishi, motivatsiyaning pasayishi hamda jamoaviy ruhiy iqlim va sportchilarga
munosabatlar sifatiga salbiy ta’sir o‘tkazuvchi omillar chuqur oʻrganiladi. Sindrom klinik-psixologik mezonlar
asosida belgilab berilib, uning sabablari, belgilar va oqibatlari tizimli tarzda tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, 300
nafardan ortiq voleybol murabbiylari ishtirokidagi so‘rovnoma natijalari asosida kasbiy befarqlikning tarqalish
darajasi hamda uning murabbiy faoliyatiga ta’siri batafsil yoritiladi. Muallif sindromning profilaktikasi uchun
zarur psixologik choralarni, emotsional salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va ish-hayot muvozanatini tiklashga
doir tavsiyalarni ham taqdim etadi
