ichki xotirjamligini – shakllantiruvchi omillar, maxfiy asoslar va psixologik strategiyalarni tahlil qiladi. Maqolada o‘qituvchilarning
motivatsiyasi, stressni boshqarish usullari, professional o‘sish va ijobiy pedagogik muhit yaratish orqali ularning
