Oliy ta’limni rivojlantirishning asosiy jahon tendensiyalaridan biri – oliy ta’lim muassasalarini tijoratlashtirish
bo‘lib, bu korporativlashtirishga asoslangan yangi boshqaruv paradigmasini shakllantirishni taqozo etadi. Mazkur
maqolada universitetlar faoliyatiga korporativ boshqaruv standartlarini joriy etish, tegishli intellektual kapitalni shakllantirish,
yangi bilimlar va ilmiy ishlanmalarni tijoratlashtirishni ta’minlash orqali raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish uchun zarur
shart-sharoitlarni yaratish tezisi asoslanadi. Shuningdek, maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarini korporativ boshqarishning
afzalliklari va ziddiyatlari ko‘rsatilgan.
