Аннотация

Maqolada dzyudochilarning texnik tayyorgarligini maxsus mashqlar vositasida takomillashtirishning nazariymetodik
asoslari tahlil qilingan. Ilmiy manbalar tahlili asosida texnik mahoratning kumi-kata, kuzushi, tsukuri va kake
komponentlari, uchi-komi, nage-komi, vaziyatli randori hamda tachi-waza-ne-waza o‘tishlarining o‘rni aniqlashtirilgan.
Tadqiqot metodologiyasi nazariy tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil, kontent-tahlil, pedagogik modellashtirish va umumlashtirish usullariga
tayangan. Maxsus mashqlarni “texnik aniqlik - tezlik - variativlik - qarshilik - musobaqaviy sharoit” ketma-ketligida
qo‘llashga asoslangan metodik yondashuv taklif etilgan. Natijada maxsus mashqlarni sportchining texnik-taktik profili,
yetakchi usullari va aniqlangan texnik xatolariga muvofiq tabaqalashtirish dzyudochining texnik harakatlar barqarorligi va
musobaqaviy samaradorligini oshirishning muhim sharti ekanligi asoslangan.
