Ushbu maqolada ta’lim klasteri sharoitida bo‘lajak fizika o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish
metodikasi yoritilgan. Unda oliy ta’lim muassasalari va umumta’lim maktablari hamkorligi asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni
kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlashning mazmuni, shakllari va metodlari ochib berilgan. Metodikada fan-metodik, eksperimental,
pedagogik-psixologik, kommunikativ, raqamli va reflektiv kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishga alohida e’tibor
qaratilgan. Shuningdek, “4+2” modeli, mentorlik, microteaching, Lesson Study, STEAM yondashuvi, virtual laboratoriyalar,
e-portfolio va raqamli monitoring vositalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlari asoslangan. Kasbiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirish
diagnostika, resurslar bilan ishlash, metodik mahsulot yaratish, amaliy faoliyat, qayta aloqa, baholash va refleksiya
bosqichlari asosida tashkil etilishi ko‘rsatilgan. Taklif etilgan metodika bo‘lajak fizika o‘qituvchilarining nazariy bilimlarini
amaliy pedagogik faoliyat bilan uyg‘unlashtirish, individual rivojlanish trayektoriyasini shakllantirish hamda kasbiy tayyorgarlik
samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
