This article examines the role, opportunities, and future prospects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the management
of educational institutions. The study explores how AI-driven management systems contribute to improving educational
quality, strategic planning, decision-making, resource management, academic monitoring, and administrative
automation. It also analyzes international experiences in implementing AI technologies in education and evaluates the
opportunities and challenges of adopting AI within Uzbekistan’s educational management system. The findings indicate
that Artificial Intelligence has become a strategic tool for enhancing institutional efficiency, supporting evidence-based
decision-making, optimizing administrative processes, and improving the overall quality of educational services. The
study further emphasizes that integrating AI into educational management can foster innovation, increase organizational
effectiveness, and support sustainable development in the education sector
