This article examines linguopragmatic errors occurring in translations generated by artificial intelligence from
the perspective of contemporary Translation Studies. The study aims to define the nature of linguopragmatic errors,
identify the factors contributing to their occurrence, and evaluate their impact on translation quality. Although artificial
intelligence systems have achieved remarkable progress in lexical and grammatical translation, they still experience considerable
difficulties in conveying pragmatic meaning, communicative intention, contextual information, and culture-specific
elements. The article classifies the principal types of linguopragmatic errors and discusses possible approaches to
reducing their occurrence in AI-assisted translation. The findings contribute to improving translation quality assessment
and advancing linguopragmatic approaches within modern Translation Studies.
