Texnologik ta’lim yo‘nalishi talabalarining malakaviy va pedagogik amaliyotlari uzviyligini ta’minlashning metodik modeli

Maqolada texnologik ta’lim yo‘nalishi talabalarining malakaviy va pedagogik amaliyotlarini alohida, birbiridan
uzilgan tadbirlar sifatida emas, balki kasbiy-metodik tayyorgarlikning ketma-ket va o‘zaro bog‘langan bosqichlari
sifatida tashkil etish muammosi tadqiq etilgan. Normativ hujjatlar, pedagogik amaliyot nazariyasi, tajribaviy ta’lim, refleksiv
faoliyat va texnologik-pedagogik bilimlar integratsiyasiga oid ilmiy manbalar mazmuniy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tahlil natijasida
maqsadli, mazmuniy, tashkiliy-jarayonli, diagnostik va natijaviy bloklardan tashkil topgan metodik model ishlab
chiqilgan. Model amaliyot topshiriqlarini kurslar kesimida bosqichma-bosqich murakkablashtirish, maktab va ishlab
chiqarish muhitidagi faoliyatni yagona kompetensiyalar tizimi asosida o‘zaro bog‘lash, mentorlik, raqamli monitoring va
refleksiv tahlilni uyg‘unlashtirishga asoslanadi. Taklif etilgan model nazariya bilan amaliyot o‘rtasidagi uzilishni qisqartirish,
talabalarda texnologik jarayonlarni pedagogik vazifalarga aylantirish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish hamda amaliyot natijalarini
dalillarga asoslangan holda baholash imkonini beradi.
