Mazkur maqolada raqamli ta’lim sharoitida professor-o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy motivatsiyasini rivojlantirishga
ta’sir etuvchi pedagogik omillar tizimli tahlil qilingan. Ta’limning raqamli transformatsiyasi professor-o‘qituvchilarning
kasbiy faoliyati mazmunini, o‘qitish metodlarini hamda pedagogik kompetensiyalarga qo‘yiladigan talablarni tubdan
o‘zgartirayotganligi asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqotda kasbiy motivatsiyaning rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi ichki va tashqi omillar,
jumladan, raqamli kompetentlik, innovatsion pedagogik faoliyat, uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish, akademik qo‘llab-quvvatlash,
refleksiv faoliyat va sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi
