Globallashuv jarayonlari, raqamli texnologiyalarning jadal rivojlanishi hamda ta’lim tizimini modernizatsiya
qilish sharoitida yoshlar ruhiyati bilan bog‘liq psixologik muammolar zamonaviy psixologiya fanining eng dolzarb tadqiqot
yo‘nalishlaridan biri sifatida e’tirof etilmoqda.
Ayniqsa, oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarining akademik faoliyati davomida uchraydigan stress omillari, o‘quv motivatsiyasi
darajasi va muvaffaqiyatga erishish strategiyalari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni o‘rganish muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb
etadi. Mazkur maqolada akademik stressning talabalarning kognitiv faoliyati, emotsional holati va o‘quv natijalariga ta’siri,
motivatsiyaning ta’lim samaradorligini oshirishdagi roli hamda muvaffaqiyat strategiyalarining psixologik asoslari nazariy
jihatdan tahlil qilingan.
Tadqiqot davomida rivojlanish psixologiyasi, ta’lim psixologiyasi, motivatsiya nazariyalari va zamonaviy empirik tadqiqotlar
natijalariga tayangan holda yoshlarning ruhiy salomatligini ta’minlashga xizmat qiluvchi omillar yoritilgan. Shuningdek,
akademik muvaffaqiyatning faqat intellektual salohiyat bilan emas, balki emotsional barqarorlik, o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish,
maqsadga yo‘naltirilganlik va ichki motivatsiya bilan ham chambarchas bog‘liq ekanligi asoslab berilgan
