Аннотация

Immun tizimi organizmni kasallik keltirib chiqaruvchi omillardan himoya qilish va gomeostazni saqlashda
muhim rol o‘ynaydi, jismoniy mashqlar esa immun funksiyasini modulyatsiya qiluvchi omil sifatida tobora ko‘proq e’tirof
etilmoqda. Ushbu tizimli sharh o‘tkir va surunkali ta’sirlarga qaratilgan bo‘lib, jismoniy mashqlarning immun tizimining rivojlanishiga
ta’sirini tahlil qilgan tadqiqotlardan olingan dalillarni umumlashtiradi. O‘rtacha intensivlikdagi mashqlar immun
nazoratni kuchaytiradi, yallig‘lanishga qarshi reaksiyalarni yaxshilaydi va infeksiya xavfini kamaytiradi, ortiqcha mashqlar
esa qisqa muddatli immunosupressiyaga olib kelishi mumkin. Asosiy mexanizmlar immun hujayralarining mobilizatsiyasi,
sitokinlarning tartibga solinishi va miyokinlarning sekretsiyasidan iborat. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, muntazam
o‘rtacha intensivlikdagi mashqlar surunkali kasalliklar va infeksiyalar (shu jumladan COVID-19) xavfini kamaytiradi hamda
mustahkam immunitet rivojlanishini rag‘batlantiradi. Kamchiliklar qatoriga tadqiqotlarning geterogenligi kiradi, kelgusidagi
ilmiy ishlar esa turli populyatsiyalarni qamrab olishi zarur. Ushbu sharhda jismoniy mashqlar immun salomatligini mustahkamlashning
farmakologik bo‘lmagan samarali usuli sifatida taqdim etilgan.
