Maqolada professor-o‘qituvchilarning ilmiy-pedagogik salohiyatini xalqaro mezonlar asosida rivojlantirish
yo‘llari nazariy tahlil usulida o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, unda ilmiy-pedagogik salohiyat tarkibiy qismlar (ilmiy-tadqiqot, pedagogik-
didaktik, raqamli, akademik kommunikatsiya hamda liderlik salohiyati) sifatida talqin qilingan, shuningdek, ularning
har biri xalqaro malaka ramkalari (DigCompEdu, HeDiCom) va akademik sifat mezonlari bilan bog‘langan. Tahlillar natijasiga
ko‘ra, salohiyatni rivojlantirishning kasbiy o‘rganish jamoalari va o‘qitishni o‘rganish (SoTL), ilmiy salohiyatni tashkillashtirish
va akademik yozuv dasturlari, raqamli kompetentlikni rivojlantirish, mentorlik va xalqaro akademik mobillik,
akademik liderlikni rivojlantirish, mikro-malaka va uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlanish kabi asosiy yo‘nalishlar aniqlashtirilgan.
Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari uchun ushbu yo‘nalishlarni amaliyotga joriy etish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan
