Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada maktab ta’lim tizimida STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics)
yondashuvini joriy etishda loyiha boshqaruvining roli va samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda PMBoK
(Project Management Body of Knowledge) standarti, PRINCE2 metodologiyasi, R.E. Freemanning manfaatdor tomonlar
nazariyasi, H. Kerznerning loyiha boshqaruvida yetuklik modeli va D. Hillsonning xavflarni boshqarish modeli nazariy
asos sifatida qo‘llanilgan. Toshkent shahri va Toshkent viloyatidagi 20 ta umumta’lim maktabida empirik tadqiqot o‘tkazilgan:
40 nafar maktab rahbari va 120 nafar o‘qituvchi so‘rovnomasida ishtirok etgan, 5 ta maktabda keys-stadi usulida
chuqur tahlil amalga oshirilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, loyiha boshqaruvi usullarini (PMBoK asosida rejalashtirish,
monitoring va baholash) STEAM loyihalariga qo‘llagan maktablarda loyihalarning muvaffaqiyatli yakunlanish darajasi
67% ni, an’anaviy usulda ishlaganlarida esa atigi 23% ni tashkil etgan. Maktab rahbarlarining 78% i loyiha boshqaruvi
bo‘yicha maxsus tayyorgarlikka ega emasligi aniqlangan. Maqolada STEAM loyihalarini boshqarishning 5 bosqichli tashkiliy
modeli ishlab chiqilgan
