Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada umumta’lim maktablarini boshqarish tizimida sinf rahbarlari faoliyatining pedagogik mohiyati
nazariy tahlil, amaliy diagnostika va xalqaro tajriba sintezi asosida chuqur yoritiladi. Sinf rahbarlari institutining tarixiy
rivojlanish bosqichlari, pedagogik va boshqaruv funksiyalari organik sintezining nazariy asoslari batafsil ko’rsatiladi. Sinf
rahbarini “pedagogik-menejment subyekti” sifatida tavsiflagan mualliflik ta’rifi va faoliyatning uch blokli tuzilmasi taklif
etiladi. “Reaktiv-tarbiyaviy profil” kontseptsiyasi birinchi marta taklif etiladi.
