Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktablarida kasbga yo‘naltirish tizimini takomillashtirishning nazariy,
tashkiliy va amaliy jihatlari ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Unda o‘quvchilarning qiziqishi, qobiliyati, shaxsiy imkoniyatlari
hamda hududiy mehnat bozori ehtiyojlarini uyg‘unlashtirish kasb tanlash jarayonining asosiy sharti sifatida talqin etiladi.
Maqolada mavjud amaliyotdagi ayrim muammolar, jumladan kasbiy diagnostikaning yetarli tizimlashmagani, ota-onalar
bilan hamkorlikning sustligi, maktab va ishlab chiqarish subyektlari o‘rtasidagi aloqalarning epizodikligi yoritiladi. Tahlil va
natijalar qismida maktabda kasbga yo‘naltirishning takomillashtirilgan modeli, bosqichlari va samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari
jadval hamda sxema asosida ko‘rsatilgan. Yakunda kasbga yo‘naltirishni individual yondashuv, raqamli portfolio, psixologik-
pedagogik diagnostika va ijtimoiy hamkorlik asosida rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
