Аннотация

This article discusses the development of a set of health-improving exercises for middle-aged men aged 45-60,
taking into account physical fitness. There are also statistics on the incidence and risk factors for middle-aged men aged
50-60 years. Specialized programs of rehabilitation and preventive exercises for men using simulators have been developed
and tested, which have proven their effectiveness.
