Pedagog xodimlarning stressga bardoshliligini shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning zamonaviy innovatsion
yondashuvlari kompleks ravishda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida pedagogik faoliyatga xos bo‘lgan stress omillari,
ularning psixologik mexanizmlari hamda kasbiy samaradorlikka ta’siri aniqlangan. Emotsional intellektni rivojlantirish,
psixologik treninglar, raqamli texnologiyalar va mindfulness amaliyotlari asosida stressga chidamlilikni oshirishning samarali
usullari ishlab chiqilgan. Shuningdek, pedagoglarning psixologik resurslarini faollashtirishga qaratilgan integrativ
model taklif etilgan hamda uning amaliy ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagoglarning kasbiy faoliyatini
optimallashtirish va ularning psixologik salomatligini mustahkamlashda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi
