Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada sanogen tafakkurning mazmun-mohiyati hamda uni rivojlantirishning pedagogik imkoniyatlari
yoritilgan. Sanogen tafakkur shaxsning ruhiy barqarorligi, ijobiy fikrlashi va emotsional holatini boshqarishga xizmat
qiluvchi muhim omil sifatida tahlil etilgan. Ta’lim jarayonida zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, interaktiv metodlar va
psixologik yondashuvlar orqali sanogen tafakkurni shakllantirish usullari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, sanogen tafakkurning
yoshlarning ma’naviy-axloqiy rivojlanishi, stressga bardoshliligi va ijtimoiy faolligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati asoslab
berilgan.
