Bo‘lajak muhandislarda barqaror transport tizimlarini loyihalash kompetentligining tuzilmasi, tarkibiy komponentlari,
baholash mezonlari va indikatorlari ilmiy-pedagogik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy muhandislik ta’limida
transport tizimlarini loyihalash jarayoni faqat texnik hisob-kitoblar yoki konstruktiv yechimlarni ishlab chiqish bilan chegaralanmay,
ekologik xavfsizlik, iqtisodiy samaradorlik, raqamli modellashtirish, ijtimoiy qulaylik, energetik tejamkorlik
hamda innovatsion boshqaruv tamoyillarini kompleks hisobga olishni talab etadi. Shu sababli barqaror transport tizimlarini
loyihalash kompetentligini ko‘p komponentli kasbiy-pedagogik hodisa sifatida o‘rganish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda
mazkur kompetentlikning kognitiv, loyihaviy-amaliy, ekologik-qadriyatli, raqamli-texnologik, kommunikativ-hamkorlik
va refleksiv-baholash komponentlari asoslangan. Har bir komponentga mos mezon va indikatorlar ishlab chiqilib,
ularning diagnostik ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari barqaror transport tizimlarini loyihalash kompetentligini baholashda
faqat nazariy bilim emas, balki real loyiha vaziyatida muammoni aniqlash, modellashtirish, alternativ yechimlarni
solishtirish, ekologik va iqtisodiy jihatdan asoslash, jamoaviy ishlash hamda natijani refleksiv baholash qobiliyatlari muhim
ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
