Mazkur maqolada kasbiy yo‘naltirilgan ingliz tili darslarida talabalarning akademik nutqini metakognitiv
strategiyalar asosida rivojlantirish masalasi yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda metakognitiv strategiyalar talabaning o‘z o‘quv faoliyatini
rejalashtirishi, nazorat qilishi, baholashi va takomillashtirishi bilan bog‘liq ongli o‘rganish mexanizmi sifatida talqin
qilinadi. Maqolada akademik nutqni rivojlantirishda rejalashtirish, monitoring, refleksiya, qayta tahrirlash, o‘zini baholash
va tengdoshlar fikri asosida nutqiy mahsulotni takomillashtirish jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda metakognitiv yondashuvning
ingliz tilida ilmiy fikr bildirish, dalillash, akademik matn yaratish va kasbiy muloqotga tayyorlashdagi metodik
imkoniyatlari asoslab beriladi. Maqola natijalarida metakognitiv strategiyalar akademik nutqning mazmuniy izchilligi, terminologik
aniqligi, mantiqiy tuzilishi va kommunikativ samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qilishi ko‘rsatiladi
