Ushbu maqolada Germaniya dual ta’lim tizimi tajribasi o‘rganilgan. Dual ta’lim tizimi nazariy bilimlarni o‘quv
yurtida o‘qitish va amaliy ko‘nikmalarni korxonalarda o‘zlashtirishga asoslangan samarali model hisoblanadi. Germaniyada
bu tizim davlat, ta’lim muassasalari va ish beruvchilar hamkorligida yo‘lga qo‘yilgan bo‘lib, u yoshlarni mehnat
bozoriga tayyorlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Mazkur tizim bitiruvchilarning kasbiy malakasini oshiradi va ishsizlik darajasini
kamaytirishga xizmat qiladi. Shu bilan birga, uni boshqa mamlakatlarda joriy etishda iqtisodiy va tashkiliy muammolar
