Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida registrator ofisi ish jarayonlarini ergonomik yondashuv asosida
modellashtirish va takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi registrator ofisi faoliyatida
mavjud jarayonlarni optimallashtirish orqali xizmat samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy asoslangan modelni ishlab
chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda tizimli tahlil, modellashtirish, empirik kuzatuv va qiyosiy tahlil metodlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar
shuni ko‘rsatdiki, ergonomik tamoyillar asosida qayta tashkil etilgan jarayonlar xizmat ko‘rsatish tezligini oshiradi, xatoliklarni
kamaytiradi va foydalanuvchi qoniqishini yaxshilaydi. Xulosa sifatida ergonomik modellashtirish registrator ofisi
faoliyatini takomillashtirishning samarali vositasi ekanligi asoslab berildi
