Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarini xalqaro reytinglarga, xususan QS World University Rankings,
Times Higher Education va Academic Ranking of World Universities tizimlariga tayyorlashda strategik menejmentning
o‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot doirasida global reyting metodologiyalari kompleks o‘rganilib, asosiy samaradorlik
ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlanadi hamda O‘zbekiston oliy ta’lim tizimiga moslashtirilgan ilmiy asoslangan strategik boshqaruv
modeli taklif etiladi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, tizimli institutsional strategiya, professor-o‘qituvchilar salohiyatini
rivojlantirish, xalqaro hamkorlikni kengaytirish va scientometrik ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilash reyting pozitsiyalarini oshirishning
muhim determinantlari hisoblanadi
