Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy didaktik vositalar asosida talabalarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish
masalalarining ilmiy-nazariy asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda an’anaviy va zamonaviy didaktik yondashuvlarning solishtirma
tahlili amalga oshirilgan, raqamli texnologiyalar, interaktiv usullar va virtual muhitlarning talabalar kasbiy kompetentligiga
ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Maqolada Olmaliq davlat texnika institutida o‘tkazilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalari taqdim etilgan bo‘lib,
innovatsion didaktik vositalarning qo‘llanilishi talabalarning kasbiy tayyorgarlik darajasini sezilarli darajada oshirishi isbotlangan.
Kasbiy ta’limdagi psixologik omillar, motivatsion tarkibiy qismlar va gender xususiyatlari ham tadqiqot doirasida
ko‘rib chiqilgan.
