Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning innovatsion kompetentligini shakllantirishda klasterli ta’lim
muhitining pedagogik imkoniyatlari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida bo‘lajak
pedagogdan nafaqat fundamental bilim va metodik tayyorgarlik, balki yangicha fikrlash, o‘zgaruvchan kasbiy vaziyatlarga
moslashish, ta’lim jarayoniga innovatsion yondashuvlarni tatbiq etish, hamkorlik asosida muammolarni hal qilish
va raqamli resurslardan samarali foydalanish kabi kompetensiyalar talab etiladi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, klasterli ta’lim
muhiti oliy ta’lim muassasalari, umumta’lim maktablari, ilmiy markazlar, amaliyot bazalari va ijtimoiy hamkor subyektlar
o‘rtasidagi integratsiyani kuchaytiruvchi samarali mexanizm sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Maqolada klasterli muhitning mazmuniy,
tashkiliy, metodik va kommunikativ imkoniyatlari ochib berilib, uning bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda innovatsion tafakkur,
kreativ yondashuv, loyiha asosida ishlash, refleksiv tahlil va kasbiy moslashuvchanlikni rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan.
Shuningdek, klasterli ta’lim muhiti doirasida tashkil etiladigan integrativ mashg‘ulotlar, amaliy seminarlar, tadqiqot faoliyati,
mentorlik mexanizmlari hamda hamkorlikdagi loyihalarning innovatsion kompetentlik rivojiga ta’siri asoslab berilgan.
Tadqiqot natijasida klasterli ta’lim muhiti bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini sifat jihatdan takomillashtirish,
nazariya va amaliyot uyg‘unligini ta’minlash hamda ularni raqobatbardosh mutaxassis sifatida shakllantirishda muhim
pedagogik vosita ekani xulosa qilinadi
