Mazkur maqola Kognitiv yuk nazariyasi (Cognitive Load Theory) asosida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi boshlang‘
ich sinflarida ingliz tili o‘quv jarayonini optimallashtirish masalalariga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda 6–10 yoshdagi o‘quvchilarning
ishchi xotirasi cheklanganligi hamda ingliz tilini o‘qitish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan yuqori ichki yuk sharoitida
tashqi yukni (extraneous load) minimallashtirish orqali o‘rganish samaradorligini oshirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi.
Tajriba Namangan shahri 6-maktabining real ta’lim sharoitida o‘tkazilgan: 4A sinfi (tajriba guruhi, 18 nafar o‘quvchi) Kognitiv
yuk nazariyasi asosida optimallashtirilgan metodlar bilan, 4B sinfi (nazorat guruhi, 20 nafar o‘quvchi) esa an’anaviy
metodlar asosida o‘qitildi. Yakuniy test natijalari tajriba guruhida o‘rtacha ko‘rsatkich 84% ni, nazorat guruhida esa 62,5%
ni tashkil etganini ko‘rsatdi (farq – 21,5%).
Shuningdek, so‘z boyligi, gap tuzish va og‘zaki nutq ko‘nikmalarida 23–36% gacha o‘sish kuzatildi. Tadqiqot natijalari
kognitiv yuk nazariyasining boshlang‘ich ta’lim tizimida ingliz tilini o‘qitish samaradorligini oshirishda samarali pedagogik
yondashuvlardan biri ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
