Ushbu maqolada 15–17 yoshdagi kurashchilarning yillik tayyorgarlik yuklamalarini samarali taqsimlash
masalasi tadqiq etilgan. Maqolada yosh sportchilarning jismoniy, texnik va taktik tayyorgarlik elementlari yillik sikl bo‘yicha
qanday taqsimlanishi hamda mashg‘ulot hajmlari optimal tarzda qanday rejalashtirilishi muhokama qilinadi. Tadqiqot
natijalari o‘quvchilarning qobiliyatlari va yosh xususiyatlariga mos ravishda mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini belgilashning ahamiyatini
