Ushbu maqolada yosh suzuvchilarning jismoniy tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishning zamonaviy ilmiy-amaliy
usullari tizimli tahlil qilingan. So‘nggi yillarda suzish sporti fiziologiyasi va biomexanikasi sohasida erishilgan ilmiy yutuqlar
shuni ko‘rsatmoqdaki, an’anaviy mahalliy (lokal) mashqlarga asoslangan tayyorgarlik tizimi o‘smir sportchilarning funksional
imkoniyatlarini to‘liq ro‘yobga chiqarishda yetarli samaradorlikka ega emas. Tadqiqot davomida 2019-2025-yillarda
nashr etilgan xalqaro miqyosdagi randomizatsiyalangan nazoratli sinovlar, tizimli tahlillar va metaanalizlar asosida
yosh suzuvchilar kontingentida kinematik zanjir konsepsiyasiga asoslangan kompleks jismoniy tayyorgarlik hamda jarohatlarning
oldini olish dasturlarining samaradorligi o‘rganilgan
