Maqolada zamonaviy global raqamlashtirish sharoitida oliy pedagogik ta’lim muassasalarida bo‘lajak
o‘qituvchilarning raqamli kompetentligini rivojlantirish masalasi ilmiy-pedagogik muammo sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Davlat
darajasida qabul qilingan “Raqamli Oʻzbekiston - 2030” strategiyasi hamda xalqaro tajribalar asosida o‘qituvchilarning
kasbiy raqamli tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish zarurati asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida nazariya va amaliyot o‘rtasidagi
uzilish, fanlararo integratsiyaning sustligi, o‘quv dasturlarining moslashtirilmaganligi, infratuzilma hamda metodik
ta’minot muammolari aniqlanadi. Maqolada DigCompEdu modeli komponentlari asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning raqamli
kompetentligini shakllantirishning tizimli yondashuvi yoritiladi. Raqamli kompetentlik kasbiy ishtirok, raqamli resurslar
bilan ishlash, o‘qitish va o‘rganish jarayonini tashkil etish, baholash, o‘quvchini rag‘batlantirish hamda o‘quvchilarning
raqamli kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish kabi o‘zaro bog‘liq yo‘nalishlar majmui sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqot natijasida
raqamli kompetentlikni rivojlantirishning pedagogik shart-sharoitlari hamda amaliy mexanizmlari ishlab chiqildi.
