Аннотация

Ushbu maqola ta’limni isloh qilish jarayonida TIMSS (Trends in International Mathematics and Science
Study) tadqiqotining milliy ta’lim tizimlaridagi strategik o‘rni va pedagogik amaliyotlarga ta’sirini tizimli tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot
sintetik-komparativ va kontekstual yondashuvlar orqali o‘quvchilarning matematika va tabiiy fanlar bo‘yicha yutuqlari,
maktab resurslari hamda o‘qituvchilarning malakasi o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni aniqlaydi. Maqola xalqaro baholash natijalarini
milliy kontekst bilan bog‘lab, siyosiy va pedagogik qarorlarni empirik dalillarga tayangan holda shakllantirish mexanizmlarini
ko‘rsatadi. Shuningdek, maqolada TIMSS tadqiqotining kuchli va zaif tomonlari, metodologik cheklovlari hamda
doimiy monitoring tizimi bilan bog‘liq masalalar ham tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim sifatini oshirish, pedagogik
metodlarni optimallashtirish va milliy ta’lim siyosatini ilmiy asosda rivojlantirish bo‘yicha strategik tavsiyalar beradi
