Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim jarayonida kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich sinf
o‘qituvchilarining didaktik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy e’tibori bo‘lajak
o‘qituvchilarda didaktik kompetensiyani shakllantirishda innovatsion pedagogik strategiyalarning o‘rni va ahamiyatini
aniqlashga qaratilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, an’anaviy bilimga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv o‘qituvchilarning
kasbiy faoliyatida zarur bo‘lgan amaliy, refleksiv va ijodiy ko‘nikmalarni yetarli darajada rivojlantirmaydi. Shu
bois maqolada ta’lim jarayonini loyihalash, didaktik rejalashtirish, nazariy bilimlarni amaliyotga tatbiq etish hamda kasbiy
mas’uliyatni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning ilmiy asoslari yoritib beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida
nazariy tahlil, qiyosiy taqqoslash va umumlashtirish metodlaridan foydalanildi. Olingan natijalar bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich
sinf o‘qituvchilarining didaktik kompetensiyasini shakllantirishda ta’lim mazmuni, metodlari va baholash tizimini uyg‘unlashtirish
muhimligini ko‘rsatdi. Tadqiqot xulosalari oliy pedagogik ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash jarayonini takomillashtirishga
xizmat qiladi.
