The demand for English proficiency among medical students has increased significantly due to globalization
and ongoing advancements in medical science. This paper explores effective teaching methodologies specifically tailored
to medical students to enhance their English language skills. Various instructional strategies, including content-based
learning, task-based language teaching, and the integration of educational technologies, are examined. The study also
highlights the key challenges medical students face in acquiring English proficiency and proposes practical solutions to
improve their learning experience. The findings indicate that a well-structured curriculum integrating medical terminology
with general English skills can substantially enhance students’ professional communication abilities.
