Аннотация

Ushbu tadqiqot maktab direktorlarining professional faoliyatida psixopedagogik liderlikning nazariy va
amaliy asoslarini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot 2023-2024 o‘quv yili davomida Toshkent va Navoiy viloyatlarida joylashgan 12 ta
umumiy o‘rta ta’lim maktabida amalga oshirildi. Unda maktab direktorlari, o‘qituvchilar va psixologlar qamrab olingan bo‘lib,
jami 146 nafar respondent ishtirok etdi. Ma’lumotlar standartlashtirilgan so‘rovnomalar, yarim strukturaviy suhbatlar, tizimli
kuzatuvlar va psixodiagnostik baholash usullari orqali yig‘ildi. Yig‘ilgan ma’lumotlar statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, samarali maktab direktorlarining 72 foizi yuqori darajadagi empatiya, kommunikativ
kompetensiya va emotsional intellektga ega. Psixopedagogik liderlikning asosiy xususiyatlari o‘qituvchilar motivatsiyasini
oshirish, ijobiy maktab muhitini shakllantirish va ta’lim sifatini yaxshilashda muhim omillar sifatida belgilandi
