Maqolada nogironligi bo‘lgan bolalarda adaptiv jismoniy tarbiyaning sog‘liqni saqlashdagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi.
Adaptiv mashg‘ulotlarning fiziologik, motorik, psixologik hamda ijtimoiy foydalari yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, adaptiv jismoniy
tarbiyaning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari, mashg‘ulotlarni tashkil etishning asosiy prinsiplari hamda metodik tavsiyalar
bayon etilgan
