Ushbu maqolada professor-o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishda kompetensiyaviy
yondashuvning afzalliklari va ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Scopus va Web of Science ma’lumotlar bazalaridagi 15 ta ilmiy
maqola asosida kompetensiyaviy ta’limning o‘qituvchilar kasbiy taraqqiyotidagi o‘rni, asosiy prinsiplari va qo‘llanilish usullari
sistematik ko‘rib chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv o‘qituvchilarning nazariy bilim va
amaliy ko‘nikmalarini samarali uyg‘unlikda rivojlantirish, shaxsiy o‘rganishni rag‘batlantirish, baholash tizimini takomillashtirish
hamda xalqaro mehnat bozori talablariga mos kadrlar tayyorlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada kompetensiyaviy
yondashuvning an’anaviy ta’lim tizimiga nisbatan ustunliklari, o‘qituvchilar kasbiy kompetensiyalari tarkibi,
