Ushbu maqolada kadrlarni boshqarishda strategik va operativ qarorlar uyg‘unligini ta’minlash zaruriyati,
mavjud muammolar hamda uni tashkil etuvchi boshqaruv mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada asosiy e’tibor raqamli
transformatsiya sharoitida tashkilotlarda HR-strategiya, monitoring tizimlari va operativ boshqaruv jarayonlarini integratsiyalash
orqali samaradorlikni oshirish masalalariga qaratilgan fikr va mulohazalarga berilgan
