Аннотация

Maqolada O‘zbekiston maktabgacha ta’lim tizimida pedagoglarning kasbiy rivojlanishidagi gender tafovutlarni
izohlashda Gender Rollar Nazariyasining amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maktabgacha ta’lim muassasalarining
kross-seksion ma’lumotlari asosida regressiya tahlili olib borilib, gender, ta’lim darajasi, ish staji va rahbarlik lavozimining
kasbiy rivojlanish natijalariga ta’siri baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ayol pedagoglarning kasbiy o‘sish imkoniyatlari erkaklarga
nisbatan kamroq ekanini ko‘rsatib, professional segregatsiyaning davomiyligini tasdiqlaydi. Yuqori ta’lim va katta
staj gender tafovutini qisman yumshatadi, rahbarlik lavozimi esa gender farqini sezilarli darajada qisqartiradi. Tadqiqot
gender tengsizligiga ta’sir qiluvchi strukturaviy va madaniy omillarni ochib beradi va genderga sezgir kadrlar siyosatini
takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalarni taklif qiladi.
