Аннотация

Adolescents’ physical and mental health are largely supported by regular physical activity. This article reviews
recent scientific studies that demonstrate the positive impact of physical exercise on the psycho-emotional well-being of
adolescents. Particular attention is given to the role of physical activity in reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms,
enhancing mood, and improving social interaction. The paper also provides practical suggestions for integrating physical
exercise into adolescents’ daily routines as an effective means of promoting mental health
