Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada stressga bardoshlilikning shaxs ruhiy salomatligini saqlashdagi o‘rni va ahamiyati
tahlil qilinadi. Stressga bardoshli shaxsning psixologik xususiyatlari, stressni yengish strategiyalari hamda ularni
rivojlantirishning samarali usullari nazariy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Tadqiqotlarda G. Selye, R. Lazarus, S. Folkman,
Kobasa va boshqa olimlarning stress va bardoshlilikka oid nazariy qarashlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, maqolada
trenerlik faoliyatida stressga bardoshlilikni oshirishning psixologik mexanizmlari va amaliy ahamiyati yoritilgan. Natijada,
stressga bardoshlilikni rivojlantirish shaxsning ruhiy barqarorligini, emotsional muvozanatini va kasbiy muvaffaqiyatini
ta’minlashda muhim omil ekani asoslab berilgan
