Management” tizimini shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda pedagoglar va talabalarning
psixologik barqarorligi, motivatsiyasi, ijtimoiy qo‘llab – quvvatlash va ta’lim sifatini oshirishda well – being tizimining
ahamiyati ko‘rsatilgan. Ilmiy asosda ijtimoiy – psixologik mexanizmlar, tizim samaradorligini baholash usullari va
amaliyotda qo‘llash imkoniyatlari tavsiflangan
