Hozirgi global va raqamli davrda oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalarga faqat bilim berish bilan cheklanmasligi
lozim. Zamonaviy mehnat bozorida muvaffaqiyatga erishish, shuningdek, shaxsiy va professional rivojlanish hamda turli
murakkab vaziyatlarda samarali qarorlar qabul qilish talab qilinadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, talabalarda kreativ kompetensiyani
rivojlantirish boshqa kompetensiya turlaridan (masalan, professional, ijtimoiy, kommunikativ, axloqiy va texnik
kompetensiyalar) mustaqil va bir vaqtning o‘zida muhim hisoblanadi
