Maqolada zamonaviy oliy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchining shaxsiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish masalasi
yoritilgan. Raqamli transformatsiya, natijaviylikka yo‘naltirilgan yondashuvlar va mehnat bozori talablari o‘qituvchidan
refleksiya, kommunikativlik, emotsional barqarorlik va kasbiy identitet kabi kompetensiyalarni talab qilmoqda. Tadqiqotda
pedagogik jamoa, mentorlik va CPD-treninglar shaxsiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirishning asosiy vositalari sifatida ko‘rsatilib,
bu jarayon institutsional strategik vazifa sifatida talqin etilgan
